50G Golden Bai Wei Sweet Potato Noodles
3 pieces Golden Bai Wei Shiitake Mushrooms
50G Beef or Pork
3tbsp Sesame Oil
2tbsp Soy Sauce
1tbsp Vegetable or Olive Oil
Soak shiitake mushrooms in a large bowl with enough warm water. Set aside for 1 hour.
Marinade meat with soy sauce (1 tbsp), sugar (1 tbsp), garlic (1 tsp), sesame oil (1 tsp) and some black pepper powder.
Stir-fry marinated beef or pork and sliced soaked shiitake mushrooms.
Parboil spinach, wash with cold water, squeeze dry, then season with salt and toasted sesame oil.
Stir-fry slice onions and carrots, add salt and pepper to taste and prepare egg yolks and whites (the yolks and whites should be separated, beaten, and pan-fried like a crepe)
Stir in 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar and toasted sesame oil with the sweet potato noodles.
Add 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, stir-fried meat, vegetables and spinach, mix together and place on the omelette.
